How to Read Your Statement
You will notice changes in your statement. We have made improvements to provide information to you in a concise, easy-to-read format.
Below are instructions on how to read the new statements. If you have questions, you may contact Revenue Recovery at (916) 875-7500.
Your account number will appear here and on the tear-off at the bottom of the page.
Please include your account number in all on-line
or mailed payments.
Please have your account number available when
making in-person payments or calling Revenue Recovery to discuss
Balance reflects the balance of your account when the statement was printed.
Payment information includes amount past due (if any), total payment due, and due date.
If you have any amount past due, the payment due date will be immediate (DUE NOW).
General information messages such as holiday closing hours or other information will appear here.
If there are specific messages that relate to your account, they will appear after the general information messages.
Please detach and include this section with any mailed payments.

here for easy reference when speaking to Revenue Recovery staff.
The balance and payment due information from Page 1 Account Summary is repeated here for your convenience.
The most recent charges added to your account are displayed here. A maximum of 10 charges is displayed; you may have additional charges included in your balance.
Charges added prior to 1/1/2014 are not displayed.
The most recent financial activity on your account is displayed here. A maximum of 5 payments or adjustments is displayed; you may have more activity that occurred.
Activity occurring prior to 1/1/2014 is not displayed.
Please submit any changes to your address, phone number, or e-mail address if a payment is mailed.
